This is a very nice product that works well as a popup outlet. Its top provides wireless charging which works well most of the time if the phone sits on it just right. Can be a bit tricky to position phones that have multiple cameras on the back. I had to contact the customer service and I got all the help I needed. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I recommend this popup outlet and would buy it again.
We had a situation in a new home we were building where we couldn’t mount the GPO that the client required on the splashback. So I started looking for another solution!!! MP had that solution and the client loves it!! Thanks guys. Will be using you again.
The Pops Ups look great in our new kitchen island. We got one large piece of quartz and the pop ups look amazing with the quartz on the top. They pop up and go down easily. I definitely recommend this product. It is a little more expensive than the ones without quartz on top but it's worth it.

Looks great and replaced an older style manual pop up fitting. Easy to use and was exactly what we wanted.
The product is nice but It was extremely difficult to install. I also wishit didn't have lining around it to make it more seamless. it works great otherwise.
Great option for those not wanting to spend the big bucks on the more expensiveversions out there.
Coming from a Hafele version that the pop-up broke within two years but out of warranty, the units are not quite as polished but they still do a more than ample job.

The product was delivered on the date it was scheduled to arrive. The packaging was excellent and the device was in perfect condition.
I tested one of the two devices order for my kitchen countertop and it worked as expected. I encountered what I thought was an issue but likely more of a feature when the second device did not work. It turns out that I wasn't using it correctly. I reached out to customer support and was provided with a video that addressed this.
Unfortunately, no user guide was provide which would have helped me to realize my error. A QR code with link for customers to a video answering some basic questions about installation and use would be highly recommended.

This is the second outlet I have ordered since just before Christmas. I sent the first one back recently and ordering what I thought was the same model as I have originally had for around 14years. The quality is not the same as it was and bothnew outlets have a fine thread on the lock nut which does not allow you to tighten firmly enough. The large rubber ring that sits on the top of bench is unsightly. It is for these reasons that I am not satisfied.

We loved it, client loved it! It's a secret circle circuit - matching travertine almost makes it invisible. Larger than we anticipated, so order far enough in advance to ensure your placement and electrician are on board.
Other than a delay in their "24 hour" dispatch (which they rectified by sending express post), product was fine and is working according to specifications.
We are pleased with the look and opertion of this unit, it works well for its prime purpose of providing power outlets,. However using the top to charge a phone, sometimes causes the unit to rise up without asking and then continue to go up and down whilst the phone is still on the top.
