Originally, I was supplied a defective pop-up socket, however, a replacement was sent immediately. I am delighted with the product and would highly recommend the company.

The body of the pop up is a little stiff to raise and the silver top appears very flimsy, but the pop up works well and looks good. I think there needs to be a greater selection of the top colours and perhaps decorative options to jazz up your bench top.

Identified a fault after initial installation. Made contact, provided evidence and a new unit was ent out immediately. Cannot fault the service and new u to is working perfectly. Much improved on previous model I have had installed for years before it became faulty. The wireless charging works perfectly. Would recommend to anyone needing a desktop/worktop charging station.
The V3L is a great slimline pop up socket, a lot sleeker looking than the bigger bulkier pop ups I had looked at. I did have an issue with one of the pop ups and contacted the Customer Service department who were excellent to deal with. Special mention to Yuliana who was a pleasure to deal with and resolved my issue right away.

So glad that we discovered this power outlet. My husband was able to cut a circle out of my kitchen workbench exactly where I wanted the power outlet to be. The power cord supplied easily reached the existing socket under my gas hob, and as it just needed plugged in we did not require an electrician. The ability to also charge my phone from this device has made it a great buy. I highly recommend this product.

Love this socket. Looks stylish and is discreet. Works well and is handy for charging phone on the top of it too. Only negative point is the cost.
